Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AISyncPro Chrome extension and the website at aisyncpro.app (collectively, the "Service"). By installing the extension or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Accounts
You may create an account using email/password, Google OAuth, or Microsoft OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@aisyncpro.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the extension beyond what is permitted by open-source licences.
- Circumvent or disable any usage limits, licence checks, or security mechanisms.
- Use the Service to process, store, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer your account to another person without our written consent.
- Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the free-tier allowances.
4. Free Tier and Paid Plans
The Free tier includes 3 DOCX exports and 50 AI tags per calendar month. These limits reset on the first of each month. We reserve the right to adjust free-tier limits with 30 days' notice.
Pro and Student plans are available at the prices listed on the pricing page. Prices may change; existing subscribers will be given 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.
5. Student Plan
The Student Plan is available to individuals with a verified academic email address (e.g., .edu, .ac.uk, .ac.in domains). It is intended for personal, non-commercial educational use only. We reserve the right to revoke Student Plan access if we determine that the eligibility criteria have been misrepresented.
6. Intellectual Property
The AISyncPro brand, logo, website design, and extension code are the intellectual property of AISyncPro and its licensors. You retain full ownership of any content (notes, documents, prompts) you create using the Service.
AISyncPro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. "NotebookLM" and "Google" are trademarks of Google LLC.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AISYNCPRO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@aisyncpro.app.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, as required by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email (if you are on the waitlist or have an account) or by posting a notice on aisyncpro.app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
